～ と同時に

This can be used to describe when some thing occurs at the same time with another action or a state/condition. 
例　－

１．駅に着くと同時に電車が出て行ってしまった。
(eki ni tsuku to douji ni densha ga dete itte shimatta)
(The train left just the moment I arrived at the station )

2．窓を開けると同時に冷たい風が入ってきた。
(mado wo akeru to douji ni tsumetai kaze ga haittekita)
(Cold wind came in when I open the window)

3．地震と同時に部屋の中から火事が発生した。
(jishin to douji ni heya no naka kara kaji ga hasseishita)
(A fire broke out from the room along with the earthquake)

4．家に着くと同時に電話がなり始まった。
(ie ni tsuku to douji ni denwa ga nari hajimatta)
(The phone started ringing at the same time I arrived at home)

5．ベルが鳴ると同時に皆が教室から出て行った。
(beru ga naru to douji ni minna ga kyoushitsu kara dete itta)
(when the bell rang, everyone left the class room)
